🚩 CTF Rules & Guidelines
Please read and follow all rules carefully to ensure fair competition and respect for all participants.
📜 General Rules
- Each participant must have an individual account — sharing accounts is strictly prohibited.
- Do not attack the CTF infrastructure or other teams.
- Flags follow the format CSC{...} unless stated otherwise.
- Brute force or automated scanning of the entire server is not allowed.
- All challenges are designed to be solvable with logic and skill — not by breaking the platform.
💻 Allowed Tools
- Standard tools such as Burp Suite, nmap, gobuster, strings, Wireshark, and similar are allowed.
- Custom scripts for decoding, exploitation, or automation are allowed as long as they don't harm the server.
🚫 Disallowed Actions
- Denial-of-Service (DoS/DDoS) attacks against the platform or other players.
- Sharing or publishing flags or challenge solutions during the event.
- Modifying or interfering with challenges in unintended ways.
- Using bots or fake accounts to inflate the scoreboard.
🏆 Scoring & Hints
- Points are dynamic — they decrease as more participants solve a challenge.
- The first solver of any challenge receives a 🥇 First Blood bonus.
- Hints are available in some challenges to assist you in solving them.
🕒 Time & Conduct
- The competition will start on November 21, 2025 — 4:00 PM.
- The competition will end on November 21, 2025 — 10:00 PM.
- Maintain sportsmanship — any disrespectful or toxic behavior will lead to disqualification.

Q: How do I submit a flag?
A: Enter the flag in the “Flag” box inside the challenge and click “Submit”. The platform will automatically validate it.
Q: What if the flag format doesn’t work?
A: Ensure it follows the correct format CSC{}. If it still doesn’t work, recheck the challenge or contact admins.
Q: Can I discuss challenges with others?
A: No. Discussing or sharing solutions publicly during the competition is strictly prohibited.
Q: How are ties broken?
A: The player who reached the score first ranks higher.
Q: Will hints be available for all challenges?
A: Some challenges may include hints to help you find the right approach.
Q: Can I report an error in a challenge?
A: Yes! Please report issues directly to the admin team through the official Telegram account.
